Permanent Full-Time Director, Corporate Infrastructure and Redevelopment Brant Community Healthcare System To provide corporate leadership to ensure the sustainability of building infrastructure and equipment and to lead the redevelopment work at the Brant Community Healthcare System. Position Summary : The Director of Corporate Infrastructure and Redevelopment will jointly report to the Vice President, Corporate Service and CFO for ensuring a safe and efficient operation of the multi-site physical plant, and its utilities and jointly to the Chief Executive Officer on matters related to redevelopment of the Brant Community Healthcare System . The Director plans, organizes and evaluates all activities within the portfolio to ensure that BCHS is compliant with all applicable government regulations. The Director oversees the environmental services, maintenance, parking services and the security team. Additionally, the director will lead the planning, design, redevelopment and construction process for large building redevelopment projects, ensuring the integration of engineering and maintenance in the process. The Director will ensure the infrastructure, facilities and grounds are maintained and operated using digital drawings and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the BCHS energy efficiency project’s contractual obligations.
